For transcription we charge per audio hour. So if your file is 45 minutes, we charge for 45 minutes. We work on the assumption that it will take an average of three hours of transcription per hour of recorded material. Although this allows us to quote as accurately as possible, the quality and nature of the recording might influence the final transcription time.
We offer various turn-around times from:
7 to 10 days Processing Time (Non Urgent)
3 to 5 days Processing Time (Urgent)
24 – 48 hour Processing Time
All communications are strictly confidential. All our transcribers have signed confidentiality agreements ensuring your information will always stay confidential.
All the above rates are subject to change depending on the nature of the material being processed. Individual quotes will be given for each job undertaken taking into consideration the detail required and any further requirements that may be necessary.
